Your driver will be waiting for you at the arrivals hall, with your name on a clearly written sign. They will help take your luggage and escort you to the vehicle. He will then either take you to your hotel or, if you want, take you on a tour before or after your check in.

So if you land at Heathrow Airport why not visit Windsor Castle; if you are coming in to Gatwick Airport your could see Hever Castle, Penshurst Place or tour the countryside. If you are arriving at a cruise terminal in Southampton, you might want to stop at Stonehenge, Salisbury or Winchester Cathedral.
